The retreat covers planning, selected background reading, a facilitated day, handouts and a brief summary. The development and implementation engagement adds a director survey and interviews, deeper document review, a pre-read, three custom governance deliverables, a revision round and 60 days of support within the stated limits. The CA$7,000 fee covers the full engagement.
The starting fee is for a defined, limited document project, such as a small policy set or one onboarding system. The proposal specifies the documents and revisions included. Complete policy manuals and projects covering several systems receive a separate fixed quote after discovery.
The CA$500 Advisory Retainer supports one chair or executive director, with a monthly 60-minute call and up to 30 minutes of email advice. CA$750 Chair and ED Coaching supports both leaders, with a joint 60-minute call or two 30-minute calls, up to 60 minutes of email advice each month and a quarterly 45-minute board check-in. Chair and ED Coaching has a three-month minimum, or CA$2,250. Paid coaching following an engagement starts after its included support ends.
